Motorcycle taxi-hailing app SafeBoda has announced its re-entry to the Kenyan market.
The news comes 3 years since SafeBoda exited the Kenyan market citing difficulties as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic at the time.
After exiting other markets, including Nigeria, Safeboda only retained operations in Uganda.
Without citing any further details, SafeBoda announced on X of its return to operation in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi.

The company has subsequently announced various openings at its Nairobi office on its website.
SafeBoda first entered the Kenyan market in 2018 with operations in the capital, Nairobi, before expanding to the coastal city of Mombasa the following year.
