The Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) results for the candidate class that sat their exams in November-December 2022 are out.
The results have been released by the Cabinet Secretary for Education, Ezekiel Machogu, and are accessible to anyone with a mobile phone and the candidate’s index number.
On your phone, open the messages application and:
Send an SMS to 20076
Note: the SMS should be in the following format: KCSEINDEXNUMBER
That is to say, send the candidate’s index number preceded by the word KCSE to 20076. For example, if a candidate’s index number is 12345678 then the text message sent to 20076 will read like this: KCSE12345678.
Then wait to receive a response with the candidate’s results.
This works across all networks. The results are being shared almost instantly. In case you experience some delays please wait before resending.
This is a premium SMS and may cost more (at Kshs 25) than normal SMS (which usually costs Kshs 1).
