Launched at the start of September, Apple’s latest iPhones, in the iPhone 14 lineup, are all the rage right now. At least as far as most people who prefer Apple products go.
Their buzz has caught on in Kenya where they are many a politician’s darling.
The latest politician to be caught up in the Apple iPhone 14 craze is the Kericho county majority leader, Paul Chirchir. Chirchir, in a letter addressed to the county’s speaker that has since gone viral on social media, is seen requesting for two units of the iPhone 14 Pro Max, the most superior iPhone on offer at the moment, in the top 1 terabyte storage configuration.
Pricing for the model requested by Chirchir is about Kshs 350,000 putting the combined total cost of the two gadgets at about Kshs 700,000.
